What does 7-day trial actually mean?
We collect a card at signup. We don't charge it for the first seven days. Cancel inside that window via your account dashboard and the card is never billed. After day seven you're on whichever plan you picked at signup until you change it.
Why do I bring my own Anthropic key?
Synapse runs your agents through Claude. We don't want to be in the middle of metering or marking up the model usage — you pay Anthropic directly, on your own account, at their published rates. The subscription you pay us is for the platform: the OS, the trust layer, the brief broadcaster, the per-org infrastructure.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your per-org Supabase + Vercel project keep running on Synapse infrastructure for 30 days after cancellation, billed to us, so you can export anything you need. On day thirty the underlying resources are torn down and the data is deleted.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — from your account dashboard. We pro-rate.
Where does my org actually live?
On a dedicated Vercel project at
<slug>.synapse-os.ai with its own Supabase database, its own secrets, its own deployment lifecycle. Nothing about your org runs alongside another customer's.
